The answer is YES. Upwork allows you to have multiple client accounts, an agency account, and a freelancer account. You can select which account you want to use when you’re on the platform.
If you’re a busy freelancer, get some help! Make a client account and hire other freelancers. I have a community called The Online Worker to connect you with and help you learn from other experienced freelancers.
